In order to become an authorized service center, you must first select which branches it is profitable for you to work with. We recommend working with the Eastern branch if your organization is geographically located between the cities of Novosibirsk and Vladivostok and the Western Department if your organization is located between the cities of Kaliningrad — Novosibirsk.
• Download first Questionnaire to obtain authorization of the Service Center, which you can find below. Then fill it out and send your completed form to the appropriate e-mail address you selected for the work of the Office. If you have any questions when filling in the questionnaire, please call any of presented below Offices. Explain to the Manager the reason of your call and location of your organization, and then you will be connected with the appropriate Service Manager providing customer support in your region. The Manager will provide you with additional information that you couldn’t find in any section on our site.
• After receiving written confirmation from the specific Service Manager on the authorization your service center in response to a questionnaire sent by you, download the service contract, which you can find below and open it using a password, which you will find in the above-mentioned written confirmation of a Service Manager.
• Fill in the details, sign, put print and send your completed, signed and sealed by your printing our version of the contract. Scan of a contract can be sent by email, and then send two original signed versions of the contract, one of which we will refund you signed with printing on our part. To get started, it is enough to have a facsimile copy, which will be the original of the document afterwards. After receiving it, we are ready to be your long-term partner and provide payment for your services and supply of spare parts for warranty and paid repair of our equipment.
